01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
As a recruiter, you shouldn't be afraid of hiring or looking for any position. A good recruiter is able to recruit for any position as long as you are willing to do your research, learn about different industries, and have a job description. It's all about studying.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid if you don't know anything because you can learn. Ask questions, don't be afraid to ask them. Do your research on what you want to learn. Being prepared and doing your research is the first step. Even if you don't have experience, you always have to start somewhere.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
There's always going to be challenges. Every industry has challenges, so you have to find a way to overcome those and just keep going. There are a lot of opportunities as well.
