Maria Natapov

Co-parenting and stepparenting coach, speaker, and founder of Synergistic Stepparenting, dedicated to helping families create peaceful, aligned, and resilient relationships. With a holistic and values-based approach, I support parents and stepparents in transforming conflict into connection—guiding them to build clarity, emotional balance, and strong family foundations.

As a BeH2O® certified Co-Parenting Coach, I work with divorced and divorcing parents to reduce conflict and foster collaboration by grounding them in shared values and a unified vision for their children. My work focuses on safeguarding childhoods, strengthening parent-child bonds, and helping co-parents move forward with greater ease and harmony.

I also serve as a Rapid Resolution Therapy® Practitioner, helping individuals clear emotional blocks, align the conscious and subconscious mind, and create lasting personal transformation. My background includes hands-on experience in behavioral health and ABA therapy, supporting children on the autism spectrum and collaborating closely with families and clinical teams.

In addition to my coaching practice, I am Vice Chair of the Board at The Sparrow Collective Inc., where I contribute to community-focused initiatives that support well-being and growth.
