Maria Tzedaki

Maria Tzedaki serves as a global leader at Constellium, heading a team tasked with engaging customers, gathering requests, and developing new products. Her work emphasizes pushing boundaries in aluminum alloys designed for semiconductor, defense, automotive, electrification, and other niche applications, with a focus on innovation at manufacturing sites in North America and Europe. She travels globally to meet customers and identify new business opportunities. Her professional journey began with chemical engineering studies in Greece, followed by work in Belgium on biomaterials, a PhD in materials engineering, and experience in France and California before her current remote role while residing in Japan. Beyond her technical expertise, she participates in professional associations including an alumni group for engineers in Europe, the Women's in Engineering network known as WIN, and Constellium's internal women's organization. She also dedicates time to coaching young engineers, guiding them to see broader career possibilities and align their drive with their goals.
