Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to resilience and disciplined habits cultivated through lived experience. My journey began in addiction counseling and evolved into lifestyle and wellness, shaped by overcoming personal challenges such as surviving domestic violence. I credit my growth to developing leadership skills and maintaining consistent daily practices, including breathwork, posture work, mindful nutrition, and journaling. Above all, I have been intentional about becoming the person I aspire to be, aligning my actions with my vision for myself and others.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to be intentional about who you want to become. Clearly define your ideal self in specific, sensory terms—how she walks, speaks, and even how she carries her energy—and commit to the internal work necessary to embody that vision. Cultivate daily discipline through consistent practices like breathwork, presence, and refining habits that align with your highest self. Be willing to do the work others won’t, and prioritize the mindset, energy, and routines that support your growth and impact.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is effectively serving underserved populations, particularly when language barriers and cultural stigma around behavioral health exist. At the same time, there is a tremendous opportunity to integrate lifestyle and wellness practices—such as breathwork, circadian rhythm optimization, and nutrition—into mental health care. I also see significant potential to expand impact through publishing, executive coaching, and other platforms that bring these tools and insights to a broader audience.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are self-respect, presence, and maintaining a calm, elevated frequency. I prioritize intentional living, embodying my highest self, and empowering others to do the same. These principles shape how I show up, make decisions, and contribute to the growth and well-being of those around me.
