About Maria
My background is in neuroscience and psychology from college. I worked in sales and social work, which led me to medical sales focusing on women's health. I represent our women's health portfolio, educate providers, handle contracting with hospitals, and train on product insertion. I've met quota every quarter and mentor young women of color entering the industry.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received would probably be to always look two positions ahead, and find somebody that has the dream job that you want, and ask them for mentorship and really truly seek to build a relationship with them not only as a mentor but also as a friend.
