The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my mentor, Terry Moriyama, who always recognized my potential and supported my growth. She encouraged me to focus on my skills and interpersonal abilities, reminding me to use my voice to connect with others and build strong, meaningful relationships. Her guidance has inspired me to continue developing my strengths while fostering collaboration and trust in every professional setting.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to be confident, speak up, and trust your instincts your voice and opinions matter. Embrace new experiences, seek out opportunities to learn, and continually expand your knowledge, as growth comes from both challenges and curiosity.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, perseverance, and compassion. My parents instilled in me the importance of keeping moving forward and being a strong role model, lessons I strive to pass on to my own children and grandchildren.
