01What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Some of the biggest challenges are if you are starting off entry level it is finding something with a livable wage because there's a lot of lower-level hourly pay. Not a lot of places offering good benefits with that. It can be like a double whammy a lot of times. It takes a lot of time to find a place that is able to offer that well-rounded idea of employment. There's a large applicant pool and it just seems like a lot of places take their sweet time getting back to folks.
