I attribute my success to over 20 years of dedicated experience in the environment and safety field, grounded in my background as a chemical engineer. Early in my career, I was the only woman working at a refinery in Argentina called BAE, where I was responsible for maintaining safe operations. This experience taught me resilience, attention to detail, and the importance of safety, which have been key drivers in my professional growth.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is: don’t be afraid to ask. Asking questions shows curiosity, a willingness to learn, and helps you grow both professionally and personally. It’s a simple mindset that opens doors to new opportunities and deeper understanding.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are creativity, balance, and passion. I love art because it inspires innovation and fresh perspectives, which I bring into my professional approach. Playing tennis keeps me disciplined and focused, helping me maintain a healthy balance between work and personal well-being.
