01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
In the beverage space specifically, it's definitely a male-dominated industry, so don't underestimate yourself, and don't wait until you feel 100% ready to go after something. I've learned throughout my career that sometimes you have to be willing to put yourself in a room, raise your hand, and have confidence in what you're able to bring to the table, even if you're still figuring things out. I'd also tell women not to feel like they have to choose between being confident and kind. You can be a strong leader, you can advocate for yourself, negotiate, make difficult decisions and still take up space while being authentic and leading with empathy.
