Previously worked as a Lead Line Cook at Gabriel Kreuther, executing high-level culinary techniques in a two-Michelin-star kitchen. Earlier experience includes brand management and marketing roles with British American Tobacco and Empresas Polar. Combines culinary training from The Culinary Institute of America with an engineering background to drive innovative, scalable food products.
