About Mariana
Mariana Silva-Buck is a serial entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and technology founder based in Providence, Rhode Island. Born in Brazil, she moved to the United States on a college exchange visa and built her career at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and entrepreneurship.
She is the Co-Founder of NautIQ Technologies, a marine technology company developing AI-powered robotic systems and software that automate boatyard maintenance and generate vessel condition intelligence. NautIQ is focused on modernizing the recreational marine maintenance industry by combining robotics, machine intelligence, and data-driven insights.
Mariana is also the co-founder, producer, and host of Our Voices: Building the Dream, a business-focused podcast highlighting the journeys of entrepreneurs whose stories intersect with immigration, resilience, and the pursuit of opportunity.
She is the founder of Little Maven Lemonade, a globally inspired lemonade brand built around creativity, culture, and storytelling.
Earlier in her career, she founded BWI Magazine in 2014, an interactive digital publication described as “a TV you could read and a magazine you could watch.” The platform allowed readers to interact directly with products featured in the magazine, including making purchases or scheduling experiences without leaving the publication, while generating real-time engagement data for brands.
Across her ventures, Mariana focuses on building companies that combine technology, brand, and narrative to create meaningful economic and cultural impact.
