At RBI, Marianela leads high-impact programs focused on AI implementation, omni-channel service strategies, and vendor performance management, optimizing how leading brands connect with and serve their guests. Originally from Argentina, Marianela began her career in law before pivoting into technology and hospitality—a transition that reflects her passion for continuous learning and innovation. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of North America and a Master of Science in Disruptive Innovation from Hult International Business School.
