What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the strong support and values instilled in me by my parents, as well as the dedication and collaboration of my team. Their guidance, encouragement, and trust motivate me to work hard, stay accountable, and continue growing both personally and professionally.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to never let anyone—especially yourself—tell you that you can’t do something. Believe in your abilities, stay confident, and don’t be afraid to challenge limitations or pursue opportunities that push you to grow.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are family, balance, and staying active. I value spending quality time with my nephew and my family on weekends, and I enjoy playing softball, which keeps me grounded, disciplined, and energized.
