What do you attribute your success to?
Growing up with a single mother taught me the value of hard work, perseverance, and resilience. I attribute much of my success to the lessons I learned from her determination and strength, which continue to guide me in both my personal and professional life.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To young women entering the industry, I want to show that no matter your skin color or background, you can be whoever you want to be and achieve whatever you set your mind to. Representation matters, and I hope my journey inspires others to pursue their goals with confidence and courage.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I deeply value the ability to maintain a work-life balance. Being present in my children’s lives while also providing for all their wants and needs is incredibly important to me. I strive to create a life where I can nurture my family while continuing to grow and succeed professionally.
