Marie Kumar

I work for Kaiser Permanente in healthcare operations and have been in the field for over 10 years. I oversee four clinics and have to travel locally between them in different cities. My role involves leadership in the department while also stretching into frontline positions due to staff shortages. I recently completed my master's last year. I love my job and the people I work with, who make my work meaningful. I have a good team that I rely on heavily.
