Her Interview
Ten minutes with Marie
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my legacy, particularly my adult children and grandchild. I focus on a 100-year plan centered on creating an impact that extends across generations. My work in real estate and authorship complement one another, allowing me to help people realize their vision while developing the “lioness” within.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I believe in encouraging the next generation to recognize their potential, develop their confidence and courage, and lead from within. I want young women and future leaders to understand that leadership is not simply about holding a title; it is about influence, responsibility, purpose, and using your gifts to make a difference. Through initiatives such as the Lioness Leadership Academy, I am passionate about helping young girls develop courage, character, confidence, and leadership skills from the inside out.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My values are grounded in faith, family, service, and generational impact. I believe that God has called us to be not only blessed, but to be a blessing. I focus on a 100-year plan rather than being limited by present reality, choosing instead to focus on possibilities. I am committed to developing visionary leaders through faith, family, and focus.
