Her Interview
Ten minutes with Marieli
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I received is to make space for my emotions at work, process things on my own, and then come back more strategically to the table. My coach taught me to recognize my own achievements and bring strategy rather than seeking external validation.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Pause, listen to others, ask questions and ask for support instead of trying to figure everything out quickly and alone. Value taking solid steps without hurry, at the pace of things, rather than rushing due to pressure to know everything.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Oversaturation of AI information; clients seeking actual ROI beyond piloting; teams losing creativity and critical thinking by over-relying on AI. Opportunity to help balance AI use with human skills and demonstrate real value.
