What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to learning the industry from the ground up, where I developed a deep understanding of federal transportation regulations and what it truly takes to keep Motor Carriers compliant. By focusing on coaching drivers, changing safety culture within companies, and consistently delivering successful federal audits for my clients, I’ve built trust and credibility—ultimately allowing me to grow and sustain my own business.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Stay authentic and continue to inspire.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Give your self time to learn. As you learn, you have to stay consistent in what you do and always be on the look out for new ways of improvement.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is that many companies lack structured policies and consistent compliance, as a result we need more well-trained safety professionals. The greatest opportunity lies in training and motivating more professionals through a formal safety academy, offering online courses, live classes, and practical tools to raise safety standards across the industry.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The most important values to me are safety, legal compliance, integrity, and discipline, ensuring that drivers are safe and compliant. Outside of work, I prioritize health and wellness through hiking, kickboxing, and staying active.
