Need to be deliberate and intentional (be clear about). Your energy is strategic, Make sure to explore, be curious as you never know where that next park will take you

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

In todays world there is great technology, however there can be a disconnection and fragmentation

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Authenticity, Curiosity, Integrity and Having Grit (leads to perseverance and patience)
