Marina Mochkina, LEED AP, is a Senior Occupancy Planner at JLL, where she brings over a decade of expertise in architecture, project management, and workplace strategy. Based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area, Marina leads complex client-facing real estate projects, overseeing space planning, relocations, and move management for large-scale corporate environments. Marina began her career in architecture, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from North Carolina State University and a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She has held positions at leading firms including PGN Architects, Studios Architecture, and CBRE, where she managed both commercial and residential projects, facilitated LEED-certified building initiatives, and developed strategic occupancy plans for organizations of varying sizes. Her work consistently emphasizes sustainable design, operational efficiency, and occupant-focused solutions.

A LEED Accredited Professional, Marina is fluent in English and Russian and actively contributes to the U.S. Green Building Council.
