She is a retail operations, area management, and store leadership professional with extensive experience in multi-unit retail management, store openings, staffing, training, visual merchandising, promotions, logistics, customer service, and sales growth. She currently works with Pura Vida as Area Manager/Retail Operations, overseeing multiple full-line and outlet stores while leading retail strategy, inventory, store marketing, events, and team development. Previously, she held store leadership and operations roles with Forever 21, Vantage Associates, Banana Republic, and other retail teams, supporting business growth, HR processes, payroll, and operational excellence.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
When you work hard in this field it can be compensated. Give your best because you never know who is watching you. Keep all your boxes checked every day so when opportunity comes you are ready. Do not take anything personal and do not get lost in emotions.
