I am a trauma psychotherapist, consciousness consultant, and transformational coach with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal from trauma, restore nervous system coherence, and step into soul-aligned leadership. I am the CEO and founder of Mental-Morphatrix™ at TRANSCENDENTAL Coaching & Mentorship Solutions, a practice I established in May 2025, where I operate as a high-level transformation consultant for established spiritual female executives, guiding them through a structured, evidence-informed, and archetypally driven framework that restores neuro-somatic coherence, repairs fragmented identity, and cultivates soul-aligned leadership. My work includes neuro-somatic regulation through breathwork and vagus nerve toning, identity reconstruction across the twelve Mental-Morphotrix™ archetypes, trauma rewiring using EMDR and narrative reprogramming, emotional and relational healing, energy and biofield coherence, and soul-aligned leadership development.

Alongside this work, I have served as a Psychotherapist in Private Practice at NEUROSCIENTIFIC INSIGHTS, LLC since June 2018, providing evidence-based psychotherapy for clients with histories of trauma, focusing on assessment, treatment planning, and structured interventions to reduce symptoms, improve emotional regulation, and restore functioning. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor, trained in trauma assessment and diagnosis, trauma processing and reprogramming using EMDR, CBT, and REBT, somatic and stress regulation techniques, emotional regulation and coping skills, relational and boundary work, and treatment planning and progress monitoring.

I am also a Reiki Master and Grand Minister trained in multiple energy therapy systems, including the Order of Melchisedek and World Light Fellowship, Shamballa and St Germain Reiki, Veritas Reiki, Sekhem Seichim Reiki, Lightarian Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Gendai Ho Hikkeii Reiki, and Usui Reiki Shiki Ryoho, as well as Crystal Therapy.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Concentration in Trauma and Crisis from Walden University, where I graduated with a 4.0 GPA, and I completed doctoral studies in Counselor Education and Supervision at Walden University before withdrawing due to a federal transfer assignment to Puerto Rico. I am certified as a C-DBT Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and a CCTP Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

Across my career in psychotherapy, trauma healing, and consciousness consulting, my work has been driven by a belief that true healing happens when we address the whole person—mind, body, energy, and spirit. Whether I am guiding a client through trauma processing, mentoring a spiritual executive through identity reconstruction, or teaching somatic regulation techniques, I bring a compassionate, evidence-informed, and deeply integrative approach that supports lasting transformation and soul-aligned living.
