Currently serving as Revenue Operations Manager at Modus Planning, she applies her expertise in marketing engineering, analytics, and predictive modeling to align cross-functional teams and drive measurable business growth. Marisa has worked with a diverse range of global brands, including Meta, Lululemon, Coca-Cola, IKEA, BrightFarms, and Dear Brightly, with her work featured in publications like Vogue, Forbes, and Elle Beauty.
In addition to her corporate work, Marisa is a two-time founder and consultant, partnering with more than 40 brands across F&B, beauty, wellness, and retail to create innovative brand and design solutions. She specializes in packaging innovation, experiential marketing, and brand storytelling, bringing a hands-on approach to both strategic planning and creative execution. Her international experience across Latin America, Asia, and North America allows her to approach global brand building with cultural nuance while balancing big-picture vision with localized execution.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my passion for helping people, my dedication to health and wellness, and the drive to start my own business straight out of university—launching a yoga studio and wellness center in 2007 that has now thrived for 20 years.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to prioritize collaboration over competition and always be on the lookout for new opportunities.

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is finding ways to grow organically without relying solely on ad sales and subscriptions.
