Szamreta earned a psychology degree in June of this year and is currently pursuing a master's in psychology. She also graduated from a yoga school after two years of study and has completed fieldwork in rehab centers, medical fields, IV wellness spaces, and college sports teams. She attributes her success to her work ethic, strong dedication, and faith in Jesus Christ. Szamreta values respect, loyalty, and teamwork, and advises young women entering the field to practice patience and grace with themselves, trust their own path, avoid overthinking, keep God close, and recognize they will end up where they are meant to be.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Marisa

01What do you attribute your success to?

My work ethic and strong dedication, along with Jesus Christ.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

You don't need school anymore to do certain things that you need to achieve.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Have patience and a lot of grace with yourself. Trust your own path, don't overthink anything or worry too much, and keep God close. You'll end up where you're supposed to be.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

There are many people in the field who don't know what they're doing because health and wellness is trendy now, rather than having genuine intentions. It takes someone with empathic abilities, a big heart, and good intentions who wants to help people rather than focus on money.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Respect, loyalty, and teamwork.
