01What do you attribute your success to?
I try to be very reliable. I don't want to be somebody where they can't rely on me for any job. Being reliable has helped me get promoted at different companies. I'm also willing to learn different roles and not afraid to ask for help when struggling with something.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to ask for help if you're not sure about something, especially in banking where there's a lot of risk. I'm happy to answer any questions.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
There's a lot of movement towards digital and AI, which can be scary sometimes, but you have to be open to learning about all the different technology and receptive to change in general.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being honest is really important. If I'm doing right by my customer, then I'm doing my job. I never want to be dishonest with anybody, whether it's work-related or my personal life. Being approachable so people can come to me for advice and support.
