Just show up every day, not just physically but with your best foot forward every single day. Keep going because in this business there are always highs and lows, and you have to ride the lows.

Your reputation is your greatest asset. Just be honest, respond when you say you will, and never over-promise.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Timing has to be right. The market is constantly evolving. Economic conditions change everything, and development trends often influence decisions.
