About Marissa
I am an executive support and office administration professional with over fifteen years of experience providing high-level administrative support to C-suite executives and managing complex office operations, currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Incite Tax, a role I have held since March 2026, where I provide executive support and manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Prior to this role, I spent over six years as Executive Assistant at Prestige Financial Services, where I provided executive C-suite support including to the President, booked travel, maintained and reconciled credit card accounts, managed company-wide events for over four hundred employees, and completed minutes for high-level, confidential meetings. Earlier in my career, I served as Office Administrator at STERIS Isomedix Services (now STERIS AST) for over eleven years, where I managed receptionist duties, accounts payable and receivable, and office operations, and as Retail Associate at Kohl's for nearly one year, where I worked at point of sale and the jewelry counter as a key holder.
I have completed coursework in Business and Commerce at Ensign College and hold a High School Diploma from Alta High School, where I was a member of the National Honor Society, Principal's Honor Roll, and Future Business Leaders of America.
Across my career in executive support and office administration, my work has been driven by a commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and supporting organizational success through efficient operations and strong executive partnerships. Whether I am managing executive calendars, coordinating company-wide events, or supporting financial reconciliation, I bring a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a dedication to delivering high-quality support that enables leadership to focus on strategic priorities. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue providing exceptional executive support at Incite Tax.
