Marissa McCormick

Marissa McCormick is a sales leader in the software industry based in Denver, Colorado. She began her career in travel industry sales after graduating from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where she majored in Spanish language and arts with an Italian minor and earned an interpretation certificate. When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the travel sector, she pivoted to technology and software sales in 2020. Over the subsequent six years, she advanced from sales roles to team lead and then management positions, which she has held for the last four years. In her current role, she oversees a team of eight Sales Development Representatives at a fast-growing startup, conducting team meetings, coaching sessions, performance analyses, and participating in networking events and conferences. McCormick is recognized as a two-time President's Club honoree in 2021 and 2024 and actively participates in the SDR Leaders of the USA group.
