01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't be afraid to write the email to somebody. Don't be afraid to reach out. Don't be afraid to attend a seminar and try to strike up a conversation. Even without being employed, put yourself out there professionally by making business cards with email and phone number and handing them to people at seminars in the environmental industry.
