Her Interview
Ten minutes with Marissa
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my passion and my love of challenges. I thrive on solving complex problems, particularly when I can approach them from both a business and brand perspective. I believe my natural strengths, creativity, and ability to find the right fit for my skills have allowed me to build a career that is both rewarding and fulfilling. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy the creative process and the opportunity to turn difficult challenges into meaningful solutions.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering the industry to let passion drive them without allowing it to consume them. Set healthy boundaries and be intentional about where you invest your time and energy. Your career is important, but it should not come at the expense of the people and priorities that matter most. Family comes first, because a deadline may be important today, but your child will remember whether you were there.
