About Marla
Marla Fernandez is a paralegal who is transitioning back into active work in the legal field after a period devoted to homeschooling her child. She earned her bachelor's degree in political science from CU Denver and pursued further studies at DU in environmental law and natural resource law for one year, ultimately completing a professional certificate in paralegal studies at Arapahoe Community College. Marla maintains active memberships in the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar, and the Hispanic Bar Association. She is bilingual and has expressed a passion for supporting lawyers, educating others through writing, and engaging with political science and policy matters.

It's a fun field. You're supporting people through your line of work. And if you stick with it, it's rewarding.

Continue to provide comprehensive support for complex, document-intensive legal matters to many other individuals and companies.
