What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me—both personally and professionally—are balance, integrity, and purpose. I truly love my current role and the organization I’m a part of because it allows me to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Earlier in my career, I realized how important it is to find a workplace that not only aligns with my professional goals but also supports my well-being. Working with a company that values its people as much as its mission has given me the space to grow, contribute, and recharge. I believe that when we take care of ourselves, we’re better able to serve our communities and deliver our best work. Having that balance has made me more focused, creative, and fulfilled—both in my career and in my personal life.
