What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my willingness to listen to my clients needs, successfully guide them through their real estate transactions, either buying, selling or renting, and always being available to speak directly to my clients. My hard work, my willingness to work to present their properties in the best light, my different marketing strategies, all add to my success, hence my client's successes. My extensive knowledge of the market, my willingness to help my clients prepare their properties, makes my clients happy and satisfied to work with me.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Be honest, work with integrity.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It would be helpful for a new agent to work under an established agent. Also good to have a sphere of influence to draw from.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Too many agents, too many other industries trying to take a piece of our real estate sales, high real estate prices.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are balance and creativity through exercise, yoga, photography, and my love for the horse, along with a deep commitment to going above and beyond to serve my clients and friends while caring for my community and living an inspired life.
