Ten minutes with Marlo
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to helping people. People do not understand mortgages and finances, and they need someone that's consistent, that they can trust. You learn a lot about people and their families and become attached to them.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say to every young woman that comes into this industry to be prepared to work hard, be prepared to cold call, be prepared for rejection but don't allow it to break you. Keep going because people don't know what they need until they need it. You have to be vigilant. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. You cannot allow rejections to stop you from pushing forward.
