Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to lifelong commitment to learning, the courage to evolve, resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to take responsibility early. In my career so far, I’ve learned the importance of leading through change, making thoughtful decisions, and staying focused on outcomes rather than titles. I’ve grown by listening, learning from others, and consistently following through on my commitments. I’m fortunate to have a supportive family, especially my husband, who makes that journey possible, allowing me to keep growing with confidence while staying true to my values.

In short, continuous learning and strong values have been the anchors of my success.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received came from a former manager who told me, “Own your contributions with confidence,  When you value your work, others learn to value it too” That stayed with me. It taught me that confidence isn’t about being loud; it’s about standing behind your work and owning your contributions. Since then, I’ve been more intentional about speaking up, taking credit where it’s due, and trusting the value I bring.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice is to believe in your potential and invest confidently in your skills and never underestimate the power of education. The world of technology and leadership is changing quickly, and curiosity, adaptability, and persistence matter more than having a perfect path. Speak up, even when it feels uncomfortable or when you are the only voice in the room, your perspective has value. Don’t let limitations define your ambition. Define success on your own terms and build a career that reflects your values, not just titles or expectations placed on you.

I would summarize by saying: your voice, education, and perspective are your competitive advantage.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges, and opportunities, in my field is keeping pace with rapid technological change while still delivering stable, reliable outcomes. Technologies like AI, data analytics, and automation are moving faster than teams and processes can comfortably adapt. This creates a real opportunity for project and operations leaders who can connect strategy to execution, setting clear priorities, managing change thoughtfully, and ensuring technology delivers real business value. Those who can balance technical understanding with communication, coordination, and people-focused execution will be critical to successful digital transformation. I believe the future belongs to leaders who can humanize technology.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, education, humility, and family are my core values. I believe education creates choice and independence, especially for women. Family keeps me grounded, making my parents, my husband, and my children proud matters deeply to me. I also value service, which is why I actively support food and education-based charities for underprivileged children across the globe. Success, to me, is meaningful only when it creates positive impact beyond yourself And it means little if it doesn’t uplift others.
