I attribute my success to the solid foundation my grandparents provided after I lost my parents at a young age. Their guidance, love, and support taught me resilience, determination, and the value of hard work, which have shaped who I am today.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to stay true to yourself and not let your surroundings change who you are. Remaining authentic has helped me make decisions with confidence and maintain my integrity throughout my career.

I would tell young women entering this industry to keep moving forward and never be afraid to follow their dreams. Persistence and determination are key to building a fulfilling and successful career.
