With 24 years of experience in the real estate industry, Marshea Jones has built a distinguished career centered on helping people navigate some of life’s most significant decisions while creating opportunities for them to move confidently toward their goals.
As an Associate Broker and seasoned real estate professional, Marshea has developed a diverse background across multiple facets of the industry. Her career has included working with new home builders in Georgia, Nevada, and Tennessee, giving her extensive experience in new construction, home sales, customer relationships, and the homeownership journey.
Her professional foundation also includes experience in loan origination in Chicago, providing her with valuable insight into the financial side of real estate and the lending process. This combination of sales, financing, new construction, and brokerage experience has allowed Marshea to approach real estate from a well-rounded perspective.
Beyond real estate, Marshea is a Certified Life Coach, reflecting her broader passion for personal development and helping others recognize their potential. Throughout her career, she has embraced the belief that true success is not simply about closing a transaction—it is about educating, empowering, and helping people make decisions that can positively shape their future.
Her influence extends beyond her professional accomplishments. Marshea’s commitment to service is deeply personal. Her late brother was born with Down syndrome, giving her a lifelong connection to the importance of inclusion, opportunity, compassion, and advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is proud to support the Special Olympics, an organization whose mission reflects values that are especially meaningful to her.
A devoted dog lover and advocate for animals, Marshea also proudly supports the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). Her community involvement reflects a genuine belief in giving back and using one’s platform to support causes that make a difference.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to hard work, determination, and staying goal-driven while remaining open to learning and growth. I lead by example, work collaboratively with my team, and strive to make a meaningful difference through everything I do.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is that the more you know, the more you grow. I believe in bringing positivity to others, continuing to move forward, and never giving up. I also value quality over quantity and strive to do my best in everything I undertake.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to be true to yourself. Stay authentic, trust your values, and remain confident in who you are as you grow in your career.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunity in my field is continuing to support individuals and companies with practical guidance on their AI needs and real estate decisions. I aim to help clients navigate these evolving areas with clarity and confidence.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is the most important value in both my work and personal life. I believe in being true to myself and doing what is right, regardless of whether anyone is watching.
