Marta Lilly is a dynamic nonprofit leader and strategic visionary with over a decade of experience driving philanthropic growth and organizational development. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Hendrick Scholarship Foundation in Plano, Texas, where she leads the charge in providing scholarships and support services to underserved students striving to achieve higher education. With a background that includes impactful roles at My Possibilities and the Plano ISD Education Foundation, Marta is known for building programs from the ground up—such as the innovative CORE Store, which provided essential school supplies to thousands of students and teachers.

Marta holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Arizona, with a minor in Fashion Merchandising and deep roots in leadership organizations like Alpha Phi and Delta Sigma Pi. A Certified Meeting Professional since 1989, she brings a unique blend of event planning expertise, donor relations, and team development to her leadership roles. Passionate about mentoring and empowering others, Marta is recognized as a creative problem-solver and a coach who thrives on cultivating strong community partnerships and advancing mission-driven initiatives.
