As the Senior Marketing Lead at Innoflight, I bring a strong blend of strategic marketing expertise, brand development, and industry knowledge within the aerospace and space technology sectors. With over 30 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, event strategy, and high-level customer engagement, I support Innoflight’s mission by elevating our brand presence, strengthening industry partnerships, and delivering clear, impactful messaging across all channels.
My background includes leading marketing and communications initiatives for global organizations, managing major industry events, and building relationships with top decision-makers, government officials, and defense leaders. At Innoflight, I oversee integrated marketing efforts that highlight our advanced avionics solutions.
I manage and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns, develop content that reflects our cutting-edge technology, coordinate high-profile events and trade shows, and collaborate across departments to support business development and corporate growth strategies. My role centers on positioning Innoflight as an industry leader while supporting our sales, engineering, and executive teams with marketing intelligence, communications strategy, and customer-facing materials.

01What do you attribute your success to?
“I attribute my success to the unwavering support of my family, the experiences that have shaped my life, and the incredible people I’ve had the privilege to work with. My family has always been my foundation! they inspire me, motivate me, and remind me why I strive for excellence. My life journey, with its challenges and triumphs, has taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of staying focused on my purpose. And of course, I am deeply grateful for the talented colleagues, mentors, and teams I’ve worked alongside. Their collaboration, trust, and belief in me have played a huge role in my growth. My success is a reflection of all of them.”
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
“The best advice I received was to be myself always. Authenticity builds trust, attracts the right people, and gives you the confidence to lead in your own unique way.”
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
“Seek mentors early and build genuine relationships. Some of the biggest breakthroughs in my career came from people who believed in me and opened doors I didn’t even know existed.”
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
“One of the biggest opportunities in our field is the rapid evolution of digital technology. From AI-driven analytics to advanced communication tools, we have more data and capabilities than ever to engage customers and strengthen our brand. The challenge is staying ahead of these fast-moving trends and ensuring teams have the tools and training to adapt.”

“Integrity and respect are the foundation of everything I do. I believe in being honest, doing the right thing even when no one is watching, and treating everyone with dignity! regardless of their title or background.”
