My advice to young women entering the industry is to be adventurous—explore different avenues, challenge yourself often, and remember that positivity always wins.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities right now is effectively reaching out and spreading the word to as many organizations as possible, so they know we’re available to support their talent and other organizational needs.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are being open and honest, showing respect to others, and giving back to the community—principles that guide both my work and personal life, especially as we launch a new nonprofit to better serve our community.
