About Martha

Martha Gutierrez is a Notary Public, Certified Notary Signing Agent, Remote Online Notary (RON), and Wedding Officiant based in Homestead, Florida. She has served as a Notary Public for nearly eight years and also provides tax preparation services through her own business, MGnotaryGo. A member of the National Notary Association, Gutierrez provides bilingual services in English and Spanish, assisting clients with notarization, remote online notarization, civil wedding ceremonies, LLC and corporation formation, document preparation and translation, and Master and Journeyman Electrician license applications. Gutierrez’s professional journey reflects a longstanding commitment to helping others navigate important paperwork and administrative processes. She attended Miami Dade College, where she began assisting older individuals with college applications and other paperwork, an effort that has continued to shape her service-oriented approach. Before establishing her notary business, she developed extensive experience with JCPenney, progressing through roles including Sales Associate, Visual Merchandiser, and Set Execution Manager. Her diverse background in customer service, business, and administrative support has strengthened her ability to provide reliable, detail-oriented, and client-focused assistance. Gutierrez attributes her success to consistency, perseverance, and the determination to continue moving forward despite challenges. She believes that when something is truly important, it is essential to remain focused, seek positive outcomes, and never give up. Looking ahead, she aspires to expand her notary services to provide greater support to women in need. Her advice to young women entering the industry is equally grounded in perseverance: never give up, continue looking upward, and keep striving through challenges when the work is driven by genuine passion.
