What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to dedication, hands-on experience, and strong networking, along with the resilience to adapt and thrive as I transitioned from retail management to the construction and property management industry. Being the first college graduate in my family also fueled my drive to lead and succeed in every role I’ve taken on.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that you get back what you put in—no matter the job, dedication and hard work are key. There's real value and pride in earning your success, especially in a world where some may expect shortcuts.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stay dedicated, gain hands-on experience, and build strong professional networks—you’ll be surprised how far that combination can take you in this industry.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in the field right now is the rising cost of housing, which impacts both project budgets and affordability for customers.

Dedication, hands-on experience, and strong relationship-building are core values that guide my work and personal life. I also believe in giving back through community involvement, which reinforces my commitment to service and leadership.
