Martha Largo

Martha Largo has been in retail management for the past 26 years. She is currently a store manager for Fabulo, where she also serves as a training store manager responsible for training new managers from assistants to store managers within the district. Prior to this, she spent 14 years as a store manager at Walmart and later worked at Sears until its closure during the pandemic. Martha holds a degree in process production, akin to engineering, and previously worked in a shoe factory developing new production lines and optimizing time and movements to reduce costs. She is passionate about hiring, training, and developing people to help them advance in their careers, having promoted many individuals throughout her tenure. Based in Houston, Texas, she leads her team and has achieved the number one position in her region for two years. Additionally, she participates in company volunteering and events.
