Her Interview

Ten minutes with Martha

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

With great privilege comes great responsibility, from Dr. Steven Covey. It moved me to think how I can lift someone up with what I know.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Believe in yourself and be patient. Be consistent, give your best self, and dream big. Don't settle for small dreams, always strive for more.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Trust is the main value, which means being trustworthy, fulfilling promises, surpassing expectations, extending trust to others with positive assumptions first. Linked to integrity and honesty, as without those you can't build trust or relationships.
