About Marti
Martha Trudeau is CEO of MET Healthcare Innovations LLC, where she provides consulting services including acting as an expert witness for legal cases involving home care. She continues to work as a clinical educator at Bayada Home Health Care, where she has been employed for over 16 years in a variety of positions including integrative care and directing Medicaid service offices. She is beginning a coaching practice focused on helping women overcome stress and anxiety. Previously, she served as administrative director of the Veterans Affairs Center for Health Equity Research and Promotion, where she oversaw research operations and built the team from the start. She holds a registered nurse credential from Grant Hospital School of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio, an undergraduate degree in psychology with a minor in sociology from Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio, a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard, and a Doctorate in Social Work from the University of Southern California. During her doctoral work, she developed a training program for home health aides to learn community health worker skills. She was also hired by Manor College to develop and implement a practical nursing training program, incorporating her social determinants of health training as a required course.
