Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges I face in my field is maintaining a healthy work-life balance and keeping a positive mindset. It’s easy to become completely absorbed in work, especially when working at a large law firm, where the demands can be intense. I’ve experienced moments where I felt I lost myself in the workload, which taught me the importance of setting boundaries and prioritizing well-being alongside professional success.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In both my work and personal life, I value balance, integrity, and personal growth. Outside of work, I’m passionate about hiking and spending time outdoors, which helps me recharge and maintain perspective. Being connected to nature reminds me of the importance of well-being and resilience, values I strive to bring into my professional life as well.
