Martina Chaconas

Martina Chaconas is a freelance creative director based in Los Angeles, California. With 38 years in the marketing field and two years as a freelancer, she began her career after earning a communications degree from Pepperdine University, securing an internship that led to a role in an agency creative department where she worked as a writer. She has held both full-time and freelance positions throughout her career and enjoys mentoring emerging creatives by sharing insights gained through decades of experience. Chaconas has contributed to significant social impact projects, including serving as creative director on the NIH All of Us Research Program at Wondros, responding to an RFP for Operation Warp Speed, and developing the Vote to Live campaign that reached swing-state communities. Her work has also included a fentanyl awareness campaign that supported National Fentanyl Awareness Day. She is a Purpose Awards finalist and began her career creating an award-winning campaign featuring a drag queen in fashion.
