Martina Tonelotti

Martina Tonelotti brings over a decade of experience in healthcare operations. After owning a concrete company and a hair business, she transitioned into insurance due to arthritis, seeking a less physical, seated role. Family members already in the field encouraged her move. She started at Molina Healthcare in member services, progressing to appeals and grievances. From there she joined Centene's configuration department, then worked with Connect Your Care in Florida managing FSAs and HSAs. Later she handled provider appeals for high-dollar claims at Allira, a shared ministries insurance company in Atlanta. Martina found her niche in configuration and analytics, viewing data work as solving puzzles with clear right-or-wrong outcomes. She continues to build on this analytical focus and now aims to work independently, helping health plans close process gaps when using third-party administrators.
