About Mary
I'm a marketing executive currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at ChannelSpark in Buffalo, New York, a role I stepped into in July 2025. I lead our vision to become the premier marketing partner for the tech and telecommunications sectors. I believe true growth stems from a perfect fusion of technical knowledge and creative execution. My role focuses on bridging this gap for our clients, delivering comprehensive solutions that range from high-level business planning to deep-dive technical HubSpot optimization and SEO strategy. I lead a high-performing team of specialists and consultants, ensuring our campaigns stay ahead of market trends while fostering the cross-departmental alignment necessary for sustainable growth.
Before becoming CMO, I spent nearly a decade at VoIP Supply, where I served as Marketing Manager for over nine years and briefly as Interim General Manager. At VoIP Supply, I trained and managed employees on HubSpot, managed online customer acquisition through email, affiliate, and display channels, optimized campaign performance, built predictive month-by-month campaigns, developed reproducible processes for generating sales-ready customers, worked with vendor and manufacturer partners on promotions and brand growth, and handled everything from public relations and trade show attendance to awards applications and internal messaging.
Earlier, I served as Marketing Coordinator at Special Spaces Buffalo, where I managed social media, websites, email blasts, photography during bedroom makeovers, and helped increase organic search ranking and social media presence. I also spent over seven years as Director of Marketing at Guildcraft Arts & Crafts, where I developed and executed marketing strategies, managed new product research and development, orchestrated multiple annual 80-page catalogs from conception to mailing, managed agencies, wrote copy, performed instructional craft videos, managed Google AdWords and email campaigns, maintained eCommerce websites and WordPress blogs, engaged with customers via social media, and attended major trade shows across the nation.
I also had the opportunity to intern in Public Affairs at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, where I wrote press releases, promoted educational opportunities to students, prepared video sets for fundraising campaigns, represented the Institute at local events, communicated with the media, composed student bios for Roswellness magazine, and developed an activity guide for the Summer Cancer Research Program.
Across every role—whether leading a marketing department, managing eCommerce, building brands from the ground up, or creating video content—I bring the same focus: strategy, execution, and results. I'm a hands-on leader who understands both the big picture and the tiny details that make it work.
