Coleman currently collaborates with brands in transition or growth phases, utilizing events and experiences as engines for business expansion. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say resilience and creativity. When you're a creative person, you are able to solve problems in a unique way. I think outside the box, so that's helped me immensely in my career. When the door closes on you, you're gonna climb into the window. I've carried that and this kind of resilient attitude, this scrappy entrepreneurial spirit when it comes to how I navigate my career.
